"HEY MAN ITS A BEAUTIFUL DAY"!it was a beautiful afternoon after early morning rain,infact the sun felt quite warm for this time of year. was thinking of you guy's out in the states who had a bad time running your marathons in the heat.
i put in a easy run over the big sandhills
and enjoyed being out in the fresh air =1.12
